At 7:00 p.m. on April 17, 2021, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group conducted a quality 1physical examination for all senior executives, middle-level cadres and marketing branch managers, and more than 400 people took the test on the computer. This is the second time that Tan Xuguang has conducted a surprise test after he arrived at Sinotruk.
Tan Xuguang personally posed the questions and invigilated the examination. He said that all leading cadres would not be able to control a fast-growing international enterprise group without unified values and without mastering modern office tools.
